How to Get Rolling

Remove the old TripShot app, scheduled to
sunset on July 1, 2025. After this date, trips will no longer be available for booking.

Download the new Santa Clarita Transit On Demand app from the App Store or Google Play. The app will launch on July 1, 2025. The new app logo is shown to the right: ➡

Helpful Tips:
- Payments:
- To pay for a ride, you can select your method of payment during the trip booking phase, and it will be collected at the time of your boarding.
- The available payment options include cash, a physical TAP Card, the TAP Card mobile App, or Token Transit. There is a $.025 cent discount for Go! trips when using any payment method other than cash.
- Please note: The payment method must be selected for each individual booking. Setting a default payment method is not currently available.
- Deleting and Reactivating Your Account:
- If you delete your account, you will need to call us at 661-295-6300 to have your account reactivated.
