Rider Alert: TAP Card Service Disruption

Due to an ongoing outage affecting the TAP system, customers are currently unable to load new fare onto TAP cards. Existing balances on TAP cards can still be used for travel.
In the meantime, riders can:
• Add fare directly on the bus using cash at the farebox
• Use the Token Transit mobile app for contactless fare payment
