Santa Clarita offers reliable transportation within its service area (parts of Fair Oaks and Canyon Country) and conveniently connects riders to key transit locations within the City. How it Works
- Download the MV Passenger app for free on iOS or Android devices.
- Enter your desired pick-up and drop-off locations and book your ride.
- Go to your pick-up location and pay as you board using cash, your TAP card or the Token Transit app.
GO! Santa Clarita works much like other ride-share services. Customers can use the MV Passenger smartphone app to request a ride that will pick up and drop off passengers within the service boundaries.
Following a trip request, the app will provide passengers with an estimated pick-up time, track their bus in real-time, and be alerted when their ride is about to arrive. Passengers will also be alerted when their ride is about to reach their desired destination.
GO! Santa Clarita customers may also request rides by calling (661) 295-6333. Trips can not be scheduled in advance. While our aim is to provide service within 15 minutes of your ride request, wait times are subject to vehicle availability and demand.
The drop off window is an estimate based on your desired pick-up time and destination. Because this is a ride-sharing service, actual drop-off time may vary due to demand. If you must arrive at your destination at a specified time, we recommend planning your trip to include a time cushion.
GO! Santa Clarita service is only available within the designated service zone or to the secondary service locations. GO! Santa Clarita is a demonstration project, so boundaries and operating hours may change as the service progresses.

Go! Santa Clarita is an on-demand transit service similar to rideshare operations like Uber and Lyft, but with a public transit spin. This service is designed to connect residents to more traditional transportation options such as local transit and Metrolink rail service, but will also connect riders to nearby destinations within the service area.
Go! Santa Clarita serves the general areas of Fair Oaks Ranch and portions of Canyon Country along Sierra Highway. We also connect riders to key destinations such as the Via Princessa Metrolink Station, the Canyon Country College of the Canyons campus, Walmart, and the Santa Clarita Child and Family Center. With Go! Santa Clarita, our goal is to provide public transportation in areas of our community where regular transit buses don’t go. We limit the zones to keep your wait time to a minimum.
Our aim is to pick you up within 15 minutes of your trip request. While wait times may vary, you will always get an accurate estimated arrival time and can track your ride in real-time using the app.
For the first month of operations the service will be FREE. After April 1, 2020 riders will pay $2.00 per trip. Fare can be paid in cash or by using your TAP card or Token Transit mobile application.
The service will be available Monday through Friday from 4:30am to 9:30am and again from 3:00pm to 9:30pm.
The first set of Go! Santa Clarita buses will be 14 passenger buses, similar to those in our Dial-A-Ride program. They will be branded in Go! Santa Clarita livery, and each vehicle will be ADA accessible.
Passengers can download the free MV Passenger app from the Apple App store or from Google Play.
Yes, all vehicles are ADA compliant. Passengers with nearly all mobility devices, including wheelchairs, walkers and motorized chairs may utilize the service.

This service is open to the general public. However, children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
